The Stewardess Co. programme is a highly immersive Yacht Stewardess experience developed in line with international Superyacht standards, with a strong focus on student competency and practical training.
The Stewardess Co. is so much more than a training school for aspiring yacht stewardesses; it’s a highly specialised training programme that encourages young people to pursue their dreams and meet their goals. We firmly believe that every individual is unique; each person has their own unique qualities and skills, which we encourage them to develop and utilise in the yachting industry. We, therefore, take great pride in preparing all our students for the challenges and opportunities they encounter on this journey by equipping them with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to embark on their yachting careers.
By simulating real-life Superyacht situations, yacht Stewardess candidates get to truly understand the practical nature of their new role and the particular demands of the industry. We find that this approach empowers aspiring yacht crew to perform at their highest levels, leading to better work satisfaction and confidence. As a result, we have chosen to include course content covering entry-level, intermediate & advanced yacht stewardess topics that are easy to understand and highly practical in nature, not all of which are covered in our five-day courses but an essential “Yacht Bible” to help in anything you may encounter onboard.

Maxine has had the pleasure of working on both private and charter yachts over her career in Yachting, ranging from 25m to 80m in length, including management and styling of superyacht interiors.
Gaining exposure to various onboard yacht operations, owners' specifics, crew, cultures, and country regulations has allowed Maxine to truly understand what it means and what it takes to become a successful yacht stewardess.
Meagen Baggott
Over the last two years, Meagen Baggott has made significant strides within the yachting industry, initially as a former student of The Stewardess Co. Her rapid ascent through the ranks to the esteemed position of Chief Stewardess is a testament to her dedication and prowess in this domain.
Presently, while continuing her role as a Chief stewardess, she dedicates her off-season to mentoring and training aspiring stewardesses, leveraging her current insights and expertise.
Capitalizing on her teaching expertise gained from international experiences and her background in hospitality, Meagen significantly aids Maxine by preparing and mentoring prospective crew members in their pursuit of commencing a successful yachting career.
